Expressive Art/Art Therapy facilitation with individuals in groups. Instruction in all media, one and two dimensions, including watercolors, acrylics, pastels, colored pencils, claywork, papier mache sculpture, mixed media collage; education on & completion of garden muralwork project. Involvement in photo-documentation/production of fine art notecard line for hospital-wide fund raising event, featuring client artwork. Co-established  Peace Card worksite  in 2004, where residents obtain valuable vocational experience and employment, manufacturing and assembling sets of notecards (designed by them), a fund-raiser for activities at the hospital.

Art Therapist Intern, September 1993- December 1994
Expressive art/therapy facilitation with adolescent male and female populations, ages twelve to eighteen years, including hearing impaired. Works in two and three-dimensional media including drawing, painting in watercolors, acrylics, tempers, and mixed media. Featured on KRON-TV's Ch. 4 "First Cut" video documentary on successful use of art as therapy at Napa State Hospital's Youth Center, 1993-94.

Individual and group art therapy with hospitalized and wheelchair-confined veterans, presenting progressive debilitating diagnoses. Offered individualized art experiences.
Individual and group art therapy with ambulatory veterans, for self-expression, socialization.
